What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - Week 589

 Morning Everyone,

Yes, good morning! How can it be? I'm here and it's not just Wednesday, but it's still morning. In plenty of time for What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - over on Stamping Ground. Truth is, this will be brief. It's the EM's birthday today and we have visitors on the way, so here's my desk today.

Another scrap page in the making and a stamp set used for the greeting when I made this birthday card.
Not a good shot but it wasn't until I'd given it to my husband that I thought about it. By the way, he's a magnificent 82 today.
The butterfly suddenly made an appearance in the garden yesterday. They've been scarce this year.

And that's it from me today. No book bit - I'm still enjoying those I mentioned last week. As ever, I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone over at The Stamping Ground.

Have a great week wherever you are.

Afternoon Elizabeth. And an enormous happy birthday to the EM. What a celebration you can have - especially after all you have been through. Love that card! Well done on managing to snap the butterfly - they usually disappear just as I press the shutter.
Take care. God bless.

Our butterflies were late to arrive too ~ it worries me with all the people who spray for mosquito's that their not killing other flying critters as well. Enjoy the birthday celebration & the rest of the week!

Hi Elizabeth, happy belated birthday to hubby hope you had a super day together. Lovely card displaying the Butterfly, I agree we've seen less this year ourselves, maybe they have made the most of the sweeter skies with less air traffic this year. Happy WoywW Tracey #6

Hi Elizabeth, happy birthday to your hubby, great card! I love the "enjoy the now" embellishment- perfect! I think our garden has everybody else's butterflies - there are just so many, and some varieties I haven't seen before. Have a lovely week, and enjoy the birthday celebrations with your visitors. Take care, Heather xx #11

A great card and sentiment. A professional photographer said it was very difficult capture the butterfly antenna, but you did it so it is a good shot! Angela #27

Funnily enough, only the other day, sat in our caravan looking out of the patio windows we remarked on how many butterflies we have seen this year. We seem to have seen more! Maybe the woods that surround us attract them.
Although i am late here I am wishing Alan a Happy Birthday, hope the two of you are free from all germs now and have lots of happy days ahead of you both.

A belated happy birthday to your hubby, Elizabeth. I love the card. Beautiful butterfly! We have been saying how scarce the butterflies have been this year. Last year we had lots, and they do enjoy the buddleia trees we have.

Happy belated WOYWW,
