Hello Fellow Deskers, Followers and All,
Here we are on the first week in July, at the start of Wimbledon fortnight, and it's Wednesday. That's the day we join our Head Desker Julia for the weekly reveal on What's On Your Desk - here's what mine looks like this morning.
Plenty on it - the usual stuff plus a layout in progress - but really not a lot going on. I'm finding it hard to settle back in the old routine since returning from our holiday. It was only a week but it sure has thrown my 'biorhythms' out of kilter. Anyway, as you can see, there's a pile of papers, a box of scalpels, another pile of washi tape - one of which I've used on the layout, and the usual stash of pens, pencils, inks, etc., etc. Oh, and the computer screen which is, as always now, pushed to the back of the desk.
It's a dull, dreich, day here so no going out to play in the garden which means no distractions, apart from the aforementioned Wimbledon, so I plan to visit more desks and leave more comments than is my usual - well, that's the plan. (If there is an award for the worst WOYWWer, I must be the top candidate!)
That's it for me this week. Brief, just as Julia likes it. Take care everyone and ...
Happy Crafting!

Love the new LO Ellie. The suns shining here today so my doors are open. I'm between sewing jobs and am not sure what to make next so I'm in need of some inspiration this morning....guess I will browse Pinterest later. My plans are made for coming to the crop this year and I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone....I just need to think of something mobile enough to bring with me to do....not that I'm expecting to do much crafting.
Hugs,

You are SO not the worst WOYWWer!! So be told ;-). I know what you mean about post holiday unsettling, I think Julia has it too. I always come back and want to decorate the house!! Enjoy Wimbledon, I haven't seen any of it yet..the sun s gorgeous here (has been for weeks now) so my whole tribe is off for a day trip up to the Black mountains :-D

I'm still in the planning and dithering stage and have to pluck up courage to actually sick stuff down... A great lay-out!
Happy WOYWW!

You are not the worst WOYWWWer, no-one is. It's all about flexibility! So glad you had a good holiday and so totally understand your affected biorhythm thingies. Today may the first day that I don't end up napping in the afternoon!! Love the look of the LO, you inspire me to carry on clearing so I can get going again. Wimbledon would make me nap, so will use the time effectively. Famous last words!!
Hi Elizabeth, lovely sunny day down here in the Midlands, I keep popping outside with my coffee to appreciate it a little. :) Layout looks lovely. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #11 XxX
It's a bright sunny day here in the south UK... and I'd much prefer a more dismal day (I know, I am such a grouch lol). Love the papers you've put aside there - especially the red polkadot one :)
Have a wonderful Wednes-YAY!

Happy WOYWW #422 thanks for sharing xx Jan (31)
hope you got lots done - thanks for visiting!! (the squirrel only got halfway up my calf, then jumped off - it was fine, he was so tame!) it's been too hot (again!) here; so of course we are meant to get thunderstorms overnight... great LO. Helen #1
Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for visiting - see, you are NOT the worst WOYWWer! I was certainly pleased with the blanket after it was re-finished. Such a problem having to sit down yesterday to do it - Wimbledon fortnight and all that - but there we go - we do these things, don't we?!
Well done on the new layout - it is indeed hard to get back into the swing of things after being away.
Take care. God bless.

I think I must be the worst WOYWWer - We live out in the country and the internet seems to be off more often than on!! Your desk looks very tidy - hopefully you'll get back into crafting soon - it's good to have a change every now and then - I plan to build a jigsaw to relax after my next big craft project (wedding stationery)

I understand your biorhythm problem, I was over in the uk a couple of weeks back and could not believe how hard it was to adjust to the one hour earlier the uk lives by - I was tired and hungry at all the wrong times for my gracious hostess!!! Once back home I then struggled to readjust to 'normal'!!! I wouldn't worry bout how you rate as a WOYWWer I am sure no one else notices much less cares! dxxx 21
Hi Elizabeth. There's no such thing as a bad woywwer we just do what we can. Have a great woyww and a happy crafty week, Angela x16x
Nice layout! I guess those dreary rainy days do have their uses! Thanks for sharing (sorry for being late!), Lindart #37
