Morning Everyone ...
... and happy Monday to you too. It's getting more difficult to find flowers in my winter garden. Out scouring yesterday for today's In A Vase On Monday I spotted a bit of colour in several pots - the last of the summer bedding. Given that it's getting colder I doubt they will be flowering for much longer so I picked a little posy which was the perfect size for this pretty little Peter Rabbit jug.
I'm not sure of their names but the blue one is Bacopa 'Cabana' and the white is Cerastium tomentosum.
I also spotted the winter jasmine, Jasminum nudiflorum, hidden away at the bottom of the long border.
Surprisingly, this end of year posy looks very springlike.

Mine looked summery, yours looked spring-like - not bad for December! What lovely finds you made today - I have potful of very healthy lobelia foliage but sadly no flowers. Thanks for sharing
It really does, those are spring colours which are perfect in the little jug. It's surprising what you can find when you look.
I love Peter Rabbit so this was an especially wonderful vase for me. And the colors remind me of spring....beautiful!
