What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - Week 349

Hello Everyone,

WOYWW is almost over and here I am making a very late appearance. It's been such a bright, sunny day, though nippy, that I've been out clearing up empty pots that the winter storms had strewn all over the garden and tidying up all the dead growth to make way for the spring. All this means that my workdesk looks exactly like it did at close of play yesterday ... not a thing has been touched.
The desk streaked with sun, again! It's getting to be a Wednesday feature here at Chez Worthington :)

Not much else on the desk though. Just a pair of cord trousers I'm altering for the EM and an almost completed scrap page featuring Bonnie, aka The Boss, our much photographed cat. You may recall the supplies were lying out on my workdesk last week. Also in last week's post was an applique project I was working on. I finished earlier this week and the result can be seen in this post here.

Short and sweet this week ... just as Julia, our venerable Head Desker, likes our posts to be. I'm off now to do a bit of desk hopping.

Take care and have a great week.

  1. Lucky you that it's been so sunny! I think it's been a while since my desk has seen any sun. I like your cat layout. My cat is a lot of fun to photograph too - he lays in such funny positions sometimes.

  4. So nice to be getting ready for spring! So your workdesk was actually the garden this week, that totally counts!

  7. Lovely to have had a little bit of sunshine today although as with you it was quite nippy here too, down to -1 this morning when I was going to work! I had a wee look at your finished tote bag - it looks really nice, I'm sure your sister will be very pleased with it.

  11. I'm playing catch up today visiting my blogging friends. It was just too long a day yesterday to feel up to visiting before bedtime.
I love to get out into the garden to do the big clear up ready for Spring but alas our garden is still too wet to get out there yet...maybe the weekend [but the weather man has just mentioned snow so maybe not!].
I love the sunshine on your desk...what more do we need? Your finished bag looks fab.

  13. Nice indeed Elizabeth to have the sunshine streaming in like that, wonderful indeed!! And yes did some summer cleaning up, pruning, weeding, generally filling green bin fir collection tomorrow. Not as much as I'd like. One day I will get to pull the lemon tree back into order.
    Happy WOYWW,

  14. We all get weeks like this Elizabeth. At least you were up and doing work in the garden - not like me, sitting about with my leg in the air.
Love the page for Bonnie, an apt name for your cat as she is a bonnie lassie.
Hugs & Thanks for the visit
