Aquilegias ... or Columbines ... Flowering in My Garden

Afternoon again folks,

Especially for Sandra (Sarn) at Stamping For Pleasure because she asked so nicely :)

And, finally, my all time favourite, the Alpine Aquilegia.

All are in flower in my garden at the moment. There should be a fourth, a lime-leaved variety with a purple flower, but some bug/caterpillar/beastie has bitten the head off it :( Happily, there are some buds still on it so flowers will appear eventually, hopefully before I go on my jolly holidays - i.e. a week from now.

Edited Note: Annie, over at A Stitch In Time, has suggested that as my Columbines make me smile, and have also delighted Sarn too, that I ought to link them to her Friday Smiles. I'm very happy to do so ... hope they brighten your day as much as they do mine :)

Right, back to that list of things to do today.

  2. Wow - fabulous!! Love the cushion covers too!

Hope you manage to link a third snippets card for this week as it gives you a bigger chance of the droplets stamp if you're really wanting to win.

But your 'to do' list sounds as huge as mine right now!

    Hugs, Di xx
