Hi Everyone,
Hope all is well with you, as it is with us here. It's been a fine but still chilly day here - spring is around the corner but we're not quite there yet.
Today, the card I'm sharing is another Christmas card ... this one was made especially for CHNC Challenge 113. Hazel has asked for just one word this week.
As you can see I've gone for the word 'joy' ... from the cards I've seen already, this is a popular choice. I simply stamped the Stampendous Mini Joy in VersaFine Crimson Red on to the Father Christmas topper and added a touch of gold glitter to make it shine.
The papers, and the topper, were included in the same RAKs mentioned in yesterday's post. I've challenged myself to make good use of them this week and, so far, this is the second card I've made. The music paper is the real McCoy! I just tore round the edges and inked them with TH's Vintage Photo distress ink and added a panel of the gorgeous red paper with gold glitter embossing ... I think this is a hand made paper. Some gold card candi finishes the card off.
I've remembered to submit my card to Hazel's Challenge Extra for February where the remit is for anything as long as it's Christmas themed.
Ah, finished writing this post just in time for Pointless - you'd think I'd planned it :)
Take care everyone and happy crafting,
