Sunday Smiles - The Wedding

Hello and Happy Sunday to you all,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Usually I try to post a snippet card or similar on a Sunday but, as I wasn't able to make Annie's Friday Smiles this week - I was at my grandson's wedding that day, I'm doing a Sunday Smiles instead and sharing some photos, just a few, from what was a very special and happy occasion indeed.

Here's the bride, Heather, and groom, William - looking fabulous..
This group photo shows the happy couple with William's mother, my daughter Juli, and father his grandfather, brothers and sisters and their children.
Here they are with my son, Alun, and his partner, Elaine. The backdrop of hills and loch is beautiful but it was extremely cold.
This is the bestman, my grandson Joshua, with three of my great-grandchildren - flowergirls Rhian and Lacie and the pageboy, Brodie.

The day ended with a fantastic fireworks display.

It rained but I don't think any of us minded - certainly not the happy couple.

The men looked fabulous in their kilts - the tartan is Hebridean Heather - very appropriate given the bride's name.

I'd post a photo of myself and the EM in our finery but we need to wait until the we get them from the official photographer.

Today the happy couple are off to New York for their honeymoon. I wish them bon voyage and have a wonderful time.
