In A Vase On Monday - If You Knew Susie

Hello Everyone,

Another scheduled post to share a vase for Cathy's meme, In A Vase On Monday over at Rambling In The Garden.  Of course, these flowers were all picked in advance otherwise there would be no vase today but I hope you like it nonetheless.
The rose is the climber we planted just last year. She's called 'Susie' and if you knew her well you would know that her outer petals when in bud are reddish in colour but she opens to a pink tipped golden yellow.
She is also very fragrant. The foliage is, like last week, Lady's mantle, alchemilla mollis, and myrtle, Myrtus apiculata 'Glanleam Gold'.

My husband found the beautiful jug, actually a coffee jug, in a charity shop in the Peak District.

I hope those of you in the UK are enjoying this year's heatwave.
