Christmas Card Club Challenge - Cute

Afternoon Everyone,

Challenge 25 for the CCC has been set by Sylvie and the topic is 'Cute'. I have two cards that I think fit into that category today.
First up is Santa looking very cute and cuddly.
And the second with it's three kings reminds me so much of a school Nativity many years ago, decades actually, when my son played Melchior. He made one of the cutest wise men I've ever seen.

The toppers are from a Kanban card kit, appropriately called the 'Christmas Cuties Selection'. As they are fairly long I've used white scalloped edge bases measuring 8"x 4". The backing papers are from old stash - the red is 'Peppermint Twist' from We Are Memory Keepers and the blue is from Trimcraft's 'The Night Before Christmas' designer paper pack. The only embellishments are the green and gold card candy.

This is the CCC's final post of 2018 but we'll back again in 2019, on January 6th. This is a great way of getting your Christmas cards made throughout the year and thus avoiding the last minute panic that is so the norm as we hit December. If you are interested in joining us next year just contact Margaret, she will be happy, I'm sure, to give you the information required.

Don't forget to check out the other member's cards today - just click on their names on my sidebar.

  5. Very cute cards, Elizabeth! If Santa gets a homemade mince pie and a very dry sherry at your house, I just might volunteer for his duties!

Sorry my card is so late being posted. I was out at a fabulous Friday/Saturday crop, and was a bit too tired to get my photo taken till now!
