What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - WOYWW Week 355

Morning Fellow Deskers & Bloggers,

Wednesday again and time to join in with WOYWW over at Julia's Stamping Ground. I'll keep this as brief as possible.
It's the long view today - thought it would make a change. Confession time, this is the after shot! The before shot revealed just how messy and cluttered my desk was. I should show you the before shot but I deleted because I was so ashamed. Lots of messy clutter has been removed and the punches that were scattered over the desk have been tidied into a tray. Now everything has a place and is in it's place ... if only I could keep it like that. Of course, my wee crafting companion features large on my desk - I'd miss her if she wasn't there.
This is one of my UFO's. I'm trying to be disciplined, a hopeless objective I fear, and finish projects started before moving on to new ones. Though I'm not sure why this particular layout got sidelined because it's a fun one - I love this photo of my granddaughter having a wonderful time on the slide. The letters for the title were coloured with a Sharpie from that box lying at the back. There's a pile of stickers and a sheet of alphas that might also be used in the layout. Those stamps at the back might prove useful too.

So that's my desk this morning. Now, once I've seen to whatever it is that The Boss is meowing for, I'll be popping over to Julia's to check out what's on her desk, and as many other links as I can.

In the meantime, I wish you a great WOYWW.

  3. I am doing a very quick whistle stop tour of my fav blogs in my lunch break today. It's pretty manic returning the bungalow to a little nearer normality for when our Dutch friends arrive tomorrow so please forgive me that it is such a quick visit.
I think we all do a bit of tidying up before we snap our pics....not that I could today but it is looking rather better now all the flooring is down and at least a little more order has returned to the home. :-)

  4. Just chuckling at Annie's comment - poor girl has been soooo busy. Those lovely Dutch folks will have no idea how hard she has worked to try and get her little house shipshape. I'm like you - I ysually try and tidy my table a bit before I take my snap. Not much going on to show and tell on my desk today. I bet the Boss is good company while you craft away. x Jo

  5. Great desk but what caught my eye was Boss ruling on the end of it. My Miss Ellie normally climbs behind me to watch over me. 😉
    Have a great day.

  6. It is a lovely LO..if you sideline something for long enough, you forget what was wrong with it! A bit envious of your Sharpie collection!

  7. Oh, but we like seeing the chaos 😃 You're amongst friends, we all have mucky desks from time to time! Nice to see that your furry Supervisor is taking her role seriously! The LO is great fun, you can almost feel the whoosh your GD is making on the slide 💕

  9. Lol at cleaning the desk before we visit! I must admit I always have to clean when someone comes to visit. Luckily that doesn't mean my craft space as it's out of the way upstairs.
Love the layout - looks like your granddaughter had a lot of fun!

    Happy WOYWW

  10. You have a great little companion for your desk. I wouldn't worry about a messy desk, because that's what creativity looks like. It is the finished product that counts. Happy WOYWW!
