What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - Week 326

Good Morning Deskers

I trust you are all well and that there will be some crafting time factored in to your day. Of course, I'm here to link with Julia, noted head desker, over at the Stamping Ground and show what's on my desk today so here's the photo:
Zero, zip, zilch, nada, nothing! Sad isn't it? This photo was taken yesterday afternoon, and I don't believe I've seen the entire top of my desk in 20 or so months, not since we moved into this house in fact. The tote is packed and ready to take down to the dining room. There's a box of photos on the coffee table in the lounge and a briefcase of 12x12 papers together with a box of alphabet stickers stashed behind the sofa. I'm hoping for enough time, and energy, to get some scrapping done in between painting sessions.
So far this morning I've sugar soaped the sewing table which is lying in bits in the spare room where I plan to freshen it up with a coat, or two, of paint. The EM/painter/decorator has sugar soaped the paintwork in the craft room.
And this is my craft desk this morning ... ready for action!

The EM doesn't know it yet, but rather than watch paint dry I plan to commandeer his laptop so that I can keep up with, and comment on, as many desks as I possibly can in the time allowed :) I apologise in advance for those I may miss.

Have a great week everyone.

Happy WOYWW,

  2. Oh exciting times for us both eh? My builder has drilled a hole from my make-do sewing room [that will be part of the kitchen] to my new sewing room today for the kitchen sink drainage so I've had brick dust all through this morning....and have just had to clean up cos I am expecting a customer later!!! Oh what fun it is :-)
    Have a great week,
    Hugs,

  4. Woohoo...a revamped craft area - how fabulous :-) You are good, sugar soaping everything. I know it has to be done but oh, how I detest preparation...it's so tedious when all I want to do is throw paint around straightaway!! Can you tell I don't possess much patience?? Lol
